- Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours before the tour.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
- “No-shows” or missed pickups are not refundable.

If we cancel your booking due to bad weather, safety issues, or operational reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
