We aim to make every experience with Levart Tourism smooth and fair. Please read our refund policy below.

Section: 1. Cancellations by Customers

  • Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours before the tour.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
  • “No-shows” or missed pickups are not refundable.

Section: 2. Cancellations by Levart Tourism

If we cancel your booking due to bad weather, safety issues, or operational reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.

Section: 3. Refund Method

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

Section: 4. Non-Refundable Services

Some services such as event tickets, third-party experiences, or special promotions may be non-refundable. We’ll clearly mention this at the time of booking.
