Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Levart Tourism. Please read these terms carefully before booking or using our services.

General

By booking a tour or activity with Levart Tourism, you agree to these terms and conditions. All tours and services are operated under a valid Dubai Tourism license (DTCM).

Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through WhatsApp.
Payments can be made in advance online or in cash at pickup.
Prices listed on our website are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable.
Private tours or group bookings may require a small deposit to secure your spot.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will not be refunded.
“No-shows” or guests not available at pickup time will be charged in full.

Tour Changes & Delays

Levart Tourism reserves the right to change routes, timing, or vehicles due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
In case of cancellation by us (e.g., bad weather), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for informing our team of any health conditions before booking.
Some tours (like dune bashing or quad biking) may not be suitable for pregnant women or people with back problems.
All our tours are fully insured, and safety is our top priority.

Liability

Levart Tourism is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by factors beyond our control such as weather, road conditions, or third-party services.
