    Send your booking to us in one tap and download your invoice.

  4. Pay at pickup

    We confirm on WhatsApp. You pay our driver on the day.

Questions before you book

Do I need to pay online?

No. There is no online payment. You pay the total on your invoice in cash or card when our driver picks you up.

When is my booking confirmed?

After you send your booking on WhatsApp, our team checks availability and confirms your booking and exact pickup time in the same chat, usually within a few minutes during opening hours.

Is hotel pickup included?

Yes, most tours include pickup and drop-off from hotels and homes in Dubai. If your option uses a meeting point, we will tell you on WhatsApp.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before pickup. To change your date or time, just message us on WhatsApp.

Is the desert safari safe for children?

Yes. Our drivers are trained and licensed. Children aged 3 and above can join most tours. For very young kids, our Camp Dinner Only option is a calm choice with no dune bashing.

What should I wear?

Light, comfortable clothes and closed shoes or sandals. Bring sunglasses and sunscreen, and a light jacket for winter evenings.
